What a fib ! I'm talking about the recent AmTrak ad that is running on TV. It shows well dressed people ,laughing and relaxing as the train barrels down the track. I have been on long train trips. Actually, I love train travel. But I have yet to see
a young man in a suit and tie sharing the train with me. Usually, it is sweat pants, T shirts and tattoo's. I see their point, train travel is expensive and they are looking for a different client then us sweat suit crowd. I've priced out train travel and
air is cheaper. Isn't that strange. I've taken the train from Chicago to New Orleans, New York to Chicago,Chicago to Denver.. Chicago to Seattle, Chicago to SanFranciso. I've loved each trip. I've gone coach, bedroom and Suite. Loved it all. I'd do it again
in a train whistle. But please,be real. No one wears a suit and tie on the train. Exception, the bullet train from New York to DC. But that doesn't count because lobbyist and politicians ride that train. It's an illusion.
