This has been a long month. Longer then 31 days ,it seems. April should be better. Often Easter and Passover come near each other.When I was a kid, I loved those Easter candies. Passover candies, not so much. I don't know who was the first person who
made those colorful fruit jelly slices. They never tasted good then and I suspect that that they still don't. I wonder why they have lasted so long. I did love those chocolate Bunnies. I was always surprised that they were hollow inside. At least the ones
I got were. I would buy those chocolate bunnies for myself.Then if it was Passover, I had to wait until it was over to eat it. Another thing I liked about Passover were the whole Salami's that we bought at the one Jewish Deli in New Orleans. Salami's never
tasted as good as that first slice with the first Matzoh. It was down hill from there.
