ON THE BACK BURNER

I am not the only person who worries that no one will attend their funeral. I mentioned it to someone this morning when I attended a memorial service. The person I spoke this thought to, said she has thought this thought, too. The other night I was watching a Net Flex and the lead lady was crying , not because her husband had committed adultery, but now , who would she be buried next too. She didn't want to be buried alone. The wise man in the movie , assured her that she could share with him and his wife, that his plot had enough room for her, too. I've also heard, at other funerals, the thought that you hoped that your family would have as nice things to say about you, when you die. Crazy things to even think about, but I guess we all have our egos to satisfy, and having people at our funeral is important.
