I sometimes marvel at how smart crooks are. Just think what could be accomplished if this smartness worked inside of the law. In particular, I am thinking of the latest scam where your credit card can be compromised at the gas pump. How did the crooks
even figure that scheme out, when I can't program my new iPhone, or remember my passwords most of the time.? Then I had the same thought when I think how people defraud the government by going on welfare if they don't need it or other benefits that they don't
qualify for. How do "they" figure out how to play that game ? ,especially when I have trouble filling in the blanks for our accountant on our income tax. How do people even think up these scams and then have the chutzpah to actually do it. I'm still working
on passwords.
