ON THE BACK BURNER

I do not understand why I am so reluctant to try on clothes . It doesn't matter if it is Good Will or Sax's, I have an aversion to trying on clothes. I buy and then I get home and I am surprised that what I bought, really doesn't look that good on me. I then promise myself that I will try on clothes before I buy them. But then I don't. Maybe I need to talk to a professional about this. What's the problem here. This is something that I can't blame on my Mother. She would have never brought anything home without trying it on. When I go to Good Will,I see people standing in line to try on blouses and $2.99 "T" shirts. What's the matter with me, that I just take the clothes home ,untried on until I get home. And then why am I so surprised that they don't look on me as I imagined they would, Then I donate them back, since most of the Thrift Shops have a no return policy. Maybe that's why I am really not all that guilty about not trying on the clothes before I buy them. I am doing a double service to Thrift stores, I pay for the clothes and then I donate them back. No middle man.

Leona, I am the same way. I don't know why but I hate to try on clothes at the store. IF I don't like the way they look at home back they go!
