I have never experienced a tornado. Hurricanes, yes, tornado's ,no. Today, I sat in a Rehab facility, in the hall ,with all of the nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapist,patients in wheel chairs,and visitors ,while we waited of an all clear
from the authorities because we were on a tornado watch.It reminded me of fire drills when I was in grade school. It was a diversion from a routine day at the rehab . Nobody was complaining, no one was rushing any place. It was rather pleasant. A nurse with
a beautiful voices sang Amazing Grace. It was cool. When the all clear sounded, we reluctantly went back to what we were there for. I guess you can say that I still haven't experienced a tornado. That works for me.
