Most home cooks think that they are the best cooks, ever.And I am among those. I have cooked every ethnic food, with the exception of Thailand. And ,if I cook alphabetically, that will be the next country that I cook. I think Thailand has a strong French
influence, so this could be really good. But, here is my point. Bob is eating hospital food... and loving it. What's the problem ? I have slaved (?) away at a hot stove for 62 years and he is loving hospital food ? Some how that makes me wonder if a can of
spaghetti-o's would have been as well received. He has always been an eager, unsophisticated eater. If you make it, he will eat it. Some how, that is insulting, don't you think. I want him to know the difference between my effort and what the rest of the world
has to offer. Well, I've only had him for 62 years,we have time to work on this issue.
