There is a commercial from Publix that tells that a employee helped a customer and "that made my day ". I just had a random act of kindness that made me happy. I was walking Cricket , yesterday,and met a man walking his small dog. The two dogs engaged
in dog talk(I smell your butt, then you smell mine thing). Not wanting to look, the guy and I started talking. He asked if I had a light on my leash. I did on an old retractable leash, but not on this present one. He pulled out a small bag of fun colored things
that looked like colorful luggage tags. They were lights for leashes. So cool. One side is soft, so when you press it, a light will either pulse or strobe. And the colors were great. It was the size of a 50 cent piece. I put it on Cricket's leash and she didn't
even notice. He said that he just buys a pack at a time and passes them out. I was really happy to get it. What a nice thing to do. Cricket used it this morning when it was foggy and she just pulsed for our entire walk and no cars hit us. That was an act of
kindness that really did make me feel good. I'm going to pass it forward.
