ON THE BACK BURNER

I know three people who I consider trim and fit. The one thing that they have in common is that they drink extrodinary amounts of plain water. First thing in the morning, before coffee, is a large glass of water. That's just their first of many glasses of water. I have decided that water is the key component to their fitness. They have very healthy appetites, so I know for a fact that they don't hold back. Water has to be the key element here . I am going to give this a try. I am not a fan of water, but for scientific research, I will drink as much water as nutritionist say I should. I think coffee counts. Then tell me where the bathroom is.
