I have a book of daily meditations. My problem is that I am days behind on reading the motivational thoughts. I wish that there was a blank page and I could use it as a make up page. Most books like this ,just have one meditative thought after the other.
This one is more rigid. There are dates, February 12, February 13. How can I keep up. I'm already a week behind. How come this book is making me feel guilty about being too busy to read the thoughts. We had a neighbor at our cottage that every morning read
her "devotionals". I was never quite sure what that was, but I figured it is the same as daily meditations. She was a very sweet neighbor. We could always count on her to share fresh picked fruits and veggies. Maybe focusing on daily mediations make you a
nicer person. I want to program myself to read these daily meditations. I want it to work for me.
