I haven't taken a mental health day in a long time. Like maybe never. So, today was the first day of my mental health program. What do you do on a mental health day ? Take a nap. I do that almost everyday. Next suggestion.. Take a walk. I did that twice
already with Cricket. Do I have to go again? Watch TV? I'm OK with that. Have a rich chocolate dessert.? As a matter of fact, I did save a dessert of whipped cream and chocolate that I bought at the Croissant bakery. And I just ate it, all by myself, no sharing.
This felt good. I don't know if it was the chocolate , the eating of the whole thing or the not sharing, but I feel pretty good now. I don't think I want to do this often, but indulging was very satisfying. I feel good. I knew that I would. Didn't someone
