I've had this thought before, but it surfaced again. People here do not know what to do at four way stops. I have actually seen a car stop, waiting for another car to come, so that they can take turns. Then I see people not observing the rules of the
road. "Stop first.. go first." Or the car to your right if every one gets there at the same time. Here they are so polite that you start a little and then stop, because the other car threatens to go, sees you start a turn of the wheels and then stops for you.
But you stopped too. Help me. I go, then you go, then the next car goes. No cutting in line. I sometimes go first, I admit. If a car falters, I take advantage of that hesitation and put the metal to the petal. Confession. I have a heavy foot. Don't tell.
