I just finished reading the commencement address that JK Rowling gave at the commencement in 2008 at Harvard . I didn't realize that they made commencement speeches into books, but after writing the Lord of the Ring series, I guess you are special enough
to do that. I learned a lot from her address. She gave good advice to the graduating class. Such as, keep your friendships . How true. Those friends are there , no matter what. Hers must be really good friends, because they didn't sue her when she named some
characters after them. A few things really struck me in her address. She reminded the graduates that even their nationality gave them unique status and responsibilities. They live in the only remaining superpower. How they vote, how they live is a privilege
and a burden. Here's her clincher.."You have the power to imagine better". That is such a powerful thought. I am going to adopt this for myself. I have this power .
