I had people over the last couple of evenings . I was a little concerned because I had a gecko running amuck in the house and I think I saw something that looked like a larger gecko or a small snake inside ,too. I think all of our rain might have helped
drive these critters into the house. It might have been a large gecko, that I saw ,but it moved too fast for me to be sure. In Florida, neither is too strange , both are harmless and I did chase at least one of them around with a broom, but I couldn't corral
either one. The snake/gecko, I decided to let get out the same way he figured out how to get in, but I did want to help the little gecko find a way out. Cricket was no help at all. She sat on the couch and watched. My concern was what if the gecko decided
to run across my living room when I had people over. Should I be embarrassed, or feign innocence that something like this got into my house. What I did was keep my fingers crossed that it wouldn't show itself while everyone was here. Maybe it left with our
door opening and closing so many times. I am giving you a chance to have a life little gecko. Are you reading this Mr. Gecko.
