I noticed that I am doing something that I don't like. When someone gives me a compliment on what I am wearing, I say something like"I got it at Goodwill" or "it came from LLBean". Who cares? I don't need to say anything except "Thank you". I will work
on saying "Thank You" and move on. I've always loved second hand clothes. My Mother would be insulted if anyone offered me a dress or coat that their kid had worn. I was the youngest of the cousins, so I never got anything from them,either. And not from my
sister who was 8 years older. I have passed this love of second hand clothes on to my kids. Some go high end and shop ebay for their name clothes. Some bring an extra suitcase when they visit me. Our Goodwill's in Venice are the best. I know. I've shopped
Goodwill in 4 states. Go Venice. Go Goodwill.
