"The difference between a dream and a goal is a deadline." I read that somewhere and it gave me pause. I do have a dream. I hope everyone has one. I have a goal, but it has no deadline. I'd like to have a deadline, but life doesn't work like that for
me, because my life actually ,is on the back burner. I don't like the word dead in deadline. It sounds so final..like you are dead, your dream is dead. That life stops when that dream comes true. That's not a positive, for me. I'd like to think of a dream
as a positive , with a goal to make the dream real. A deadline is an end, a dream can be a beginning. The statement,"the difference between a dream and a goal is a deadline", sounds catchy , but on second thought , I want my goal to be having my dream come
true. That reads better.
