You have heard the expression"It's raining cats and dogs" ? Well this week, I swear to you that it was raining catfish here in Bird Bay. I was walking Cricket and I saw several smooshed catfish on the driveway. I thought it strange. I'm not on a pond.
I am on a golf course. You can always identify catfish by those whiskers they have and if you look more closely, they have no scales. (Hence, they are not Kosher) . A few steps later, there was an alive catfish flapping around. I assumed that with all of our
rain and drains that cannot accommodate that amount, some fish came up through the sewers. I don't know why it was only catfish, but I counted four before I crossed the street to my own drive way. And there it was, another cat fish right behind my car in the
car port. Did he just get there, did I walk past him and didn't notice? Gross. I left him there because I might pick up after Cricket, but that cat fish is on its own.
