I haven't forgotten about reading my Nefesh B Nefesh emails every day. The latest one that I read had new material for thought. The writer was coming from Canada and wanted information. He wanted to know if there were crickets in certain areas of Israel.
Not the sport cricket, not the pet, Cricket, but the insect , cricket. Then he wanted to know where he should live that was temperature -wise like Arizona. His third request was to know where he could live where the people spoke English. Sounds like a person
who might have some issues. I am curious to hear the replies in the next few days. I have a feeling they will not be too positive to his going to Israel. Does he have an animal that needs crickets to feed on. Or maybe he doesn't like the sound of their chirping.
I was in upstate N.Y. a few years ago when the cicadas hatched after a 17 year sleep. That was deafening. But it is something everyone has to hear to believe how loud it is. I thought it was a special act of nature and it was special to hear. But that's just
me. I don't think I would want this particular person as my neighbor. Let's see what the Israeli have to say back to him. They are not known for holding back. Signed, curious in Florida.
