I shopped today at Winn Dixie. I don't usually , even though I could walk there from my house. It's that close. I went because they were promoting their generous program of donating all of their profits today to the Wounded Warriors. I still feel strongly
that the US government should provide for these warriors . More than their going to the VA for treatment, they should have everything to make their lives easier. We sent them where we knew they would come home damaged and we should pay them back with some
semblance of a normal life. It is a generous offer that the WD corporate headquarters is doing. That is the true American way. I applaud Winn Dixie , but it is a hollow gesture if we keep sending our next generation to battle. Just saying.
