I guess there was closure at lunch today. Closure is what people seem to do now a days when a project , or a period that was important, is over. You can look back . Our closer came over lunch today. Our friends who visited with us in Israel, and whom
we had such a good visit with, took us to lunch. We have been planning this lunch since February. They wanted to thank us for the hospitality that we extended to them. They didn't have to do this, but it was a good way to put closure to our trip to Israel.
We went around our lunch table and told what each of us , while in Israel, enjoyed the most. Our friends liked their trip to the Old City. They spoke of seeing the people from one tour, while they were on another tour. Like Israel was a small town and you
see the same people , but in other places. Bob liked "The First Station" a repurposed train station. I would have thought that he would mention the park we walked to every day. I liked SuperSol, a grocery store. Not so surprising for me. I also liked our location.
Being able to walk down the block and be at the King David Hotel ,the YMCA and Mamilla Mall, was pretty special. It was nice to have a relaxed lunch with our friends here in Florida . I'm glad that we finally can have closer to this adventure that we undertook
, to go to Israel for a month. Only thing that I would change ,was the weather. Maybe that is why we had lunch in Florida.
