I am reading a book on "Habits". How do we master them, how they even have categories, how we can change them, if we want. Habits are supposed to give us freedom . Since a habit means that we do the action automatically, that should give us more time
to accomplish other things. I think that is what the premiss is for this book. There is more to the book than this concept, but I'm only on page 25, so I am not sure. But I got to thinking about habits. For over 20 years, I woke up, had a cup of coffee and
then met a friend for a 6 mile run before we both went about our day. I only took Sunday off, and if there was a race, I ran that day. Now ,I don't exercise at all. What happened to that habit. I used to not watch TV. Now I do have favorite shows. What happened
to the habit of not watching TV and using that time for what ever I did instead. I will find the answers to these questions after I get past page 25. I hope that I like the answers.
