I am in love with the scents of April. When I walk Cricket, because she won't go out in the heat of the day, I am out at the best time of the day. Early morning and dusk. Everything is blooming and I just am enveloped
with these wonderful, sweet scents. I hesitate to call them smells. They are too wonderful to be labeled smells. Scent sounds better. My development is well established and , really, older than a lot of neighborhoods. So the trees and plantings are well established.
That makes for some great scents. When I leave my condo with Cricket, I just do two things, breathe deeply and say the Shemah. I do so appreciate a new day, the fact that I woke up, and the need to just fill my soul with this sweetness that is around me. It's
all good.
