I am guessing that everyone, at least once, has driven to an airport and gotten lost following the directions . It happens. My grandson and I drove his mother, my daughter, to the airport for her return home. In spite of
3 of us coming down with Covid, ( i am not among them) we had a really nice visit. After a round about drive at the airport, we found the International terminal and everything was good. I have to marvel
at my grandson. His calm and driving skill during this on and off the highway and back to the airport was phenomenal. His smart new car said one thing
and old fashioned road signs gave another opinion. We listened to the wrong directions. After saying good bye to my daughter and as long as Dixie
had been walked and fed, and left at home with her blanket ,we aimed for the shopping mall. Hours later with shoes( not me) and clothes( not him) I ate my first Chipotle meal. We had to eat in the car because
the place was closing( this is the NW not NY or Chicago) . But it was so much better than I expected. Except for driving around the airport, and having to say good bye to my daughter, I'd do this day again.
