We are a two tiered kitchen for the next 10 days. My Israeli daughter is here,and , we have a different life style when it comes to the kitchen. She has a kitchen saved in a box. Now she has a special Kosher box in PT and
in Venice. Pots and pans, 2 knives, one for dairy prep and one for meat prep. There is disposable stuff for when we don't share . We try to use these recyclable as many times as we can, until they can't be used any more. She orders Kosher products to be shipped
from Seattle of things we can't get at our local stores. She does all of the cooking, which works for all of us. She uses her plates and I use mine. She cleans up, another perk for me. .Everyone does what is comfortable and there is harmony in PT. And some
good middle eastern dishes.
