I moved some where between 6 and 7 wheel barrows full of manure today. I lost count. It wasn't so bad. I want to plant my garlic, so I had to do the preliminary manure . I did that and then tidied up some of those plastic
containers that come when you plant starter plants. I tried to make a border of the smaller containers, but they kept falling over. Good recycling thought, but not successful. I finally finished the third repeat dinner that I took out of the freezer. Now I
am excited to dig something new out. I think that three day dinner was the only multi meal that I had. Now it is on to individual meat and fish. Trying to organize the chest freezer is almost useless. Three of us are throwing "stuff" in it. My son has blueberries
and nuts. My grandson has a couple of whole chickens. Everything else is mine. I have several shopping bags that I have donated to the freezer. One has veggies. Another has all my protein and another has what ever category I can't account for. I buy flour
in 10 lb packages, so what isn't in my baking cabinet here in my pod, I have in the freezer. And extra coffee. And butter. And beans. One day, I got ambitious and cooked a lb. of black beans. That's a lot
of beans and I have not been in a hurry to make something with them. Maybe chili now that the temps are in the mid 60's. But not a lot. I will have to remind myself that I am cooking for one, not 6. Where
did those years go.?
