I am becoming friends with my new Instant Pot. I've been calling it a "insta pot". I thought that was its name. It's not. It's Instant
Pot. I used the owners manual, YouTube and Google
for my tutorials. So far, everything has gone smoothly, except yogurt. That should be a no brainer, but it's not working for me, yet. The tomatoes that I have growing in a super large container are ripe and ready to eat. I am learning that tomatoes ripen from
the inside out. I don't believe that ,but I will take it into account. While I was admiring my tomato plants, I saw that my strawberry plants have fruit. I didn't want that to happen. I thought I was planting them for next spring and summer. Blackberry season
is here. They are everywhere. When I walk Dixie ,I have a blackberry route. I just pick, eat and keep an eye on what Dixie is doing. Sometimes, I bring an extra plastic bag along, just for the extra berries.
I just have to remember which bag is mine and which is Dixie's.
