When I was walking Dixie this afternoon, I had this wonderful feeling that I was really happy. I had had a great day. I made more dill pickles, and some baba ghanoush,
with the eggplant that my grandson brought me from the Farmers Market and I had made more yogurt. The weather was pleasant, the sun was out, everyone in our compound was well, life seem to be on an even keel,so I just wanted to be grateful for all of these
things and the moment that I was having. I don't think that I often let myself just get these moments of overwhelming gratitude. And I am not sure why
I experienced it on this walk with Dixie. I guess all of the stars were aligned , I was at the right place in the universe, and I am acknowledging that I am aware that my life is good.
