My DiL ,my grandson and I worked on our entry for the County Fair, held in late August. My grandson was the IT person.. We are making a quilt that incorporates outstanding women. It's going to be a killer quilt and we needed
a 30 something kid to help with fabric printing and font sizing and high tech stuff like that. I can't wait to show it at the fair and see what reaction it gets. We had a problem deciding what category
the quilt fits in. Of the choices, we finally decided that it was home accessories. We aren't happy with the designation, but the project doesn't seem to fit the categories offered. Dixie got her allergy shot and the itching has stopped. She must feel so much better. I don't like to put chemicals in her little 13 lb body, but sometimes I just have too. The same with her flea and tick protection. They don't have fleas
to worry about here, but with so many deer, there are ticks . At least that is what the Vet told me. One positive thing is that they don't have heart worms.
