I finally put the last veggie in the ground. Cilantro. They are a little sad looking from waiting around for me to plant, but with the cool nights and now, sunny days, they should start looking a little happier. Working in
a garden gives you, meaning me, time to think about " things". I decided to play a game with myself of seeing how long I can eat from my fridge, my fridge freezer, the big freezer , the smaller fridge in
the studio ,and my pantry. And now, my garden. Besides buying dog food ,I could be grocery store free for a while. This might be an interesting study. I think that I am a freezer hoarder, and this should clean out the left overs that I freeze and then throw
away, plus the things that I buy to make something with and then don't use . I do keep an inventory of my pantry. I do this because the shelves are narrow and deep and I can't see what is in the back. And
the pantry has no lights. I have been pretty good about checking off something that I use in the pantry. I needed to refill my salt shaker, I knew I had salt in the pantry, but couldn't find it. Looked at my inventory list, saw that it was on the top shelf,
and I found it. I felt so efficient. I probably should just buy a light for the pantry.
