Another all day rain, which was Ok because I had a list of things that I wanted to do. On my list was to straighten out the travel items that I brought with me to Colorado and just dumped when I returned to PT. I am trying
to organize my travel things. I could check that off of my list. I may never be able to find them when I travel again, but at least everything is together. Another thing
on my list was to make Challah. Between being out of town or getting ready to be out of town, I haven't made challah in three weeks. I usually get three small loaves out of a full recipe, but I wasn't thinking
and made two loaves out of a recipe. No one will complain about the larger loaves. I checked that off of my list. On my list was to go to Shabbat dinner at my grandson and granddaughter in laws house. That was extra sweet. It was nice to see them use my silver
that was my Mother's. Check that off the list. I made an appointment to have Dixie groomed. They are so booked that her appointment is at the middle of July. I've had her 2 and 1/2 years and I have not
groomed her. She has had baths and nail clips, but not a haircut. It's time. I didn't realize how shaggy she was until I came back , not seeing her for almost two weeks. She is over grown with hair. Luckily, she likes to be brushed and combed, so she isn't
snarled. Check that one off. Because of the rain, I didn't get to check off finishing planting the rest of my starters. At least I didn't have to check off " water the garden".
