I hope that it is raining where they need it, like in Colorado, because we have had our share of rain today. This was not a gentle all day rain.This was a hard all day rain. My socks even got wet through my shoes. Dixie isn't
suffering, but she isn't happy. She is happy to go out in any weather, except rain. I put a towel on the radiator so that I can give her a warm rub when we get back after a rain walk, but right now, she absolutely refuses to go out. I expect that she might
get me up tonight, but I understand where she is coming from. I am reading a book called," Nonviolent Communication , a Language of Life", and I would say that Dixie , in a dog way, in a very nonviolent way, has made it very clear that she is not going out. She just won't move. Very effective.
