I think that I have lost track of what Brisket day this is, but I took out my electric knife and cut the meat into slices. Another Passover job done. With 7 of us sharing the food load, a lot of pressure is off of me. I modified
the personal Haggadah that I edit every year, depending on who is at the table. I love the pageantry of setting the table, having the symbols of Passover strewn over the table cloth, taking turns reading ,sharing in discussions, eating and drinking ... a lot
of Manischewitz super sweet wine. Eating the first , fresh Matzoh is so good....by day 7, not so exciting. I did get the yard mowed, much to the chagrin of the electric mower. It complained and faltered in the high , moist grass, but we both persevered, and
got the job done. Dixie sat in the doorway and watched me. There are some things that she just doesn't understand.
