Just to clear up this Covid thing, I am negative. Some members of the clan are not. No one, thank God, has more than flu and cold like symptoms. I used the time that I was keeping a low profile to straighten out the 4 drawers
that I have here.These aren't my kitchen drawers. Those have to wait for a snow day. I also fixed my sewing machine. It is a very fancy electronic machine that I bought from a member of our congregation. Actually, the machine is too smart. It can do more than
what I ask of it. In fact, I bought an old ,comfortable,Singer at a house sale that only does two things. It goes forward and can reverse, if I want. I lent my smart machine to a grandchild , for several years. I just got it back . I had to read the 300 plus
pages of the instruction manual to learn how to thread it again. I also watched a YouTube tutorial. There were a few problems that needed to be resolved. A small screw driver and I ended up with a piece of the machine that I can't figure where to put it back,
is all it needed to work for me. I guess it didn't need that piece because it sewed the hems on a pair of pants, just fine. I saved the piece, just in case.
