One more day until THE wedding. Is anyone else, in the world, getting married this day, or just my grandson? We had rehearsal day and party time. It may be because they are young and full of energy, but they planned the wedding,
the cocktail party for out of town guests and family, they cooked the food for the cocktail party, they opened their house for this, they decorated, set up the serving tables,carried and schlepped, helped put up the deer proof fence,held down several jobs,
studied for a degree,and stayed sane. Did I leave anything out? when I got married, I feel as if I just showed up . Their way is much better. It is a family affair,orchestrated by the couple. It is a garden wedding, set in a back yard, surrounded by special
people in their lives. My son and daughter in law were gracious and giving . They worked tirelessly to have everything that the couple asked for happen . The gardens are beautiful, the studio is ready for a bride,the deer fence is finally up and the wire cages
around the blooming fruit trees, gone. The trees and daffodils are even cooperating by blooming like mad. There is a hint of spring. Everyone is well and we are all just so happy to be together for this wonderful union. We are being truly blessed. You go kids!
