The bride and groom ,to be, have thought of so many small details. They bought umbrella's and fleece blankets for the guest. They have invited me to stay the night in the hotel where the dinner will be held after the festivities
here at the compound. That is so thoughtful, but I opted to come back to my pod and Dixie. She is
invited to the wedding, but not to the hotel for dinner. She doesn't
know that I plan to lightly relieve her anxiety by giving her 1/4 of her sedative before the ceremony. No crying babies and no whining dogs. The cherry trees are in blossom and this is the first time that I am seeing this in PT. I have seen blossoms before
, just after their peak, but never so fresh and vibrant. I have a picture of Bob and me at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens , standing in one inch of fallen
cherry blossoms. There must have been a heavy rain or other natural phenomenal event, because the blossoms were on the ground, but still pink and beautiful. We are rooting for the rain to fall for the next two days, get it out of her system and then nice weather for the weekend. Fingers crossed.
