I am officially finished weeding. I actually enjoy hard physical work ,but I am moving on to my end of the yard. Now it is up to my son to spread the saw dust on
the path and the project will be finished. On my end of the yard, the grass is just about high enough to mow. The grass seed that I threw around before I left in December germinated and grew. We weren't so sure that would happen. I cut back some of the bushes
that I planted along one fence. They won't be in leaf for the wedding, but will look neater. My DiL says that I can cut them back a little more. I'm always afraid that they won't grow back. My roof and
deck are next. My son will do the roof, although I was ready to do it. Now that I think about it, his doing it is a much better idea. I'll stick to the deck. The fencing is almost done. While my son was
working on placing the gate, there were three deer watching him , chomping away on whatever they found to eat in our yard. Are they they eating my grass?
