Just a few more days here and I want to take everything here and bring it there ! At the suggestion of a friend, I looked into Fed Ex for shipping my suitcases. I had only checked Alaska airline and UPS. I should have remembered
that once before I used Fed Ex to ship a suitcase for me. I was in Morocco ( a little name dropping here) and after the trip, I was going to have a few days in NY , with my daughter and family. She
lives on a high second floor walk up in Park Slope, Brooklyn. I didn't want either of us to carry my suitcase up those stairs. So I shipped it from Morocco to Venice, Fl. The only problem I had was
a Swiss Army pocket knife. They said that I couldn't ship it. I still think that wasn't the case, but I just left it there. My suitcase got to Florida before I did and it was so freeing to travel with just a back pack. I plan on shipping two large suitcases
to PT , traveling with a carry on, which I will check through, Dixie and her travel crate and a small pack, large enough for my iPad and Apple ProMac. I should be fine. Hope the weather cooperates. That's
the one unknown.
