My upstairs neighbor has a mini farm outside of my sliders. He has put containers just to the edge of the property line. The association hasn't complained yet
and if he keeps giving me vine grown tomatoes, basil and hot peppers, I'm not complaining either. Today, I smelled wonderful meat roasting smells. It was my upstairs neighbor, smoking a ham. He has a smoker that he put near the carport. I have to admit, it
really smelled good. Later, he brought me a few slices of smoked ham. I have never had smoked ham before. I've had ham sliced in the deli, but never freshly smoked ham. I confess. It was really good. So now, there are veggies growing and
there is a smoker going . I wonder how long it will be before we hear from the HOA.
I've been " turned in", when my license sticker was out of date and I was still in PT. Some phantom body must
go around checking those little yellow tags on the license plate. My mail was being forwarded to me in PT and I had the sticker with me. Then ,there was a complaint when that little Teddy carried on when left alone. I wonder how long it will take for the tomatoes,
basil and smoker to be challenged. We think we know who keeps a watch on us. Now we are waiting for the official letter to be mailed to my neighbor. The suspense is killing us. Maybe all of the tomatoes
will be ripe and eaten by the time the letter gets here.
