Happy day. My circle is complete. My daughter ,the last of my kids to be with me, arrived today. Now ,as a mother hen, I can breathe . I recently got one of my nursing newsletters, and it reminded us to self nurse. The article
was directed at nurses who are dealing with patients with Covid and Covid related issues, but the rest of us can appreciate self nursing. The stress of isolation from our families,dealing with so many unknowns,all have taken a toll on all of us. It's OK to
be good to ourselves. Take that deep breath, get outside, exercise,meditate,if that is what relaxes you, but do something that makes you feel good. The article was a little more medical, but how can you go wrong by being good to yourself. We might be in for
another run of viruses, so make yourself as strong as you can right now. Let me know if this is working.
