What great day !I had lunch with bunches of friends,outdoors, in the most ideal surroundings,sun,blue sky,perfect temperature . Nothing would have made it better. I even got to play Mah Jongg. Unfortunately, I didn't win
one game. I saw just about everyone that I know and that was super special. I gave Dixie a smidgen of her anti anxiety pill to keep her calm while I was away having this special time with my friends. I learned, when I got home that she barked a few times.
But she seemed to have held herself together and wasn't overheated or hysterical when I returned home. And she didn't fuss at me as she sometimes does . In a few days, her inoculation that allows her to
go to day care will have kicked in and she can have play dates. She won't be any happier, but I won't feel guilty about giving her some mind altering meds. I'll save that for the trip back to PT.
