along distance runner. Anything over a marathon . She is nationally ranked. Our plan was for me to ride my new e bike alongside of her. She does long, not fast, so I could easily ride next to her. But my bike isn't ridable yet, so that plan didn't work. We
had our family meal, shrimp and grits, and no matter how many times I increase the recipe, there is nothing left at the end. Too bad for my DiL and son, because they take home the Sunday left overs. Now
