Do you ever wonder who buys crazy things like a hotdog and bun warmer, or a bacon maker( if there is such a thing) ? I have a confession to make. A public one. I have a hard boil egg maker. I make lunch for my son and grandson
every work day. My son is easy. He eats what mamma makes. That was a house rule when they were growing up and there are no fussy eaters in our house. My grandson is a one horse pony kind of eater. Egg salad. No frills.Easy to do. Every day, egg salad. I have
no problem with that.. However, there has to be something wrong with the eggs in PT because I was having trouble peeling them. I have been making hard boiled eggs for many years, I leave nothing to chance.
I time the cooking process with a kitchen timer. This has always been my method. Eggs peel without a problem. Nothing worked here in PT. I was massacring the eggs. So I ordered an eggy thing from Amazon. First , I watched a You Tube on the product. It is an
inexpensive, small appliance that cooks, in my case, 7 eggs in minutes. Peel just falls off. No wasted eggs. I admit, I love it. Now I will no ,longer raise my sparse eye brows at the notion of someone actually buying these kind of gadgets. I am proud to have
a hard boiled egg maker. It relieves the stress that I was experiencing when I peeled those eggs. Everyones life should be stress free.
