It's Never Too Late

I was assertive and I made a difference. Hard to believe, but I was able to change a process. I am a terrible speller and I like to check my spelling before I send my thoughts out. The site that I use for my blog, does not have a spell check. I have asked them in three different emails, if they couldn’t provide a spell check feature. Three times the reply ,although polite, was that I could go off line and look up the word. Then on the fourth time, the response was different. Not only did they remember that I have asked for this feature , but that now they were going to add it. I asked , and I received. If I hadn’t made that request several times, my small voice wouldn’t have been heard. So, it is never too late to speak up and out.

I'm going to use this empowerment to practice speaking out. I understand that Israeli's are "in your face" types. I should start  doing it too, to get myself ready. Baby steps.
